MASTERING SOUTHERN OREGON WINES (12:30 PM-2:00 PM)

You know Oregon Pinot Noir well – you likely have several on your list or shelf – but this May, three Masters invite you to dive deeper.

Oregon has 19 AVAs and six of them are found in Southern Oregon. It’s impossible to fully appreciate Oregon wine without exploring the distinct, and often unexpected, wines of Southern Oregon. Join Evan Goldstein MS as he moderates a panel of Pacific Northwest-based Masters, Bree Stock MW and Chris Tanghe MS for a multi-faceted discussion on Southern Oregon. Discover the diverse climate, soils and terrane Southern Oregon can offer and explore emerging varieties found throughout the region.

Attend Mastering Southern Oregon Wine to walk away with a stronger understanding of:

• The geology and climate of Oregon and how it defines Southern Oregon

• Diverse varieties that are emerging throughout the region

• Southern Oregon’s strong selling points in the competitive Seattle wine market
